Rainbow Cakes

Made rainbow cakes for a friend's birthday this week, I haven't made them before but they were a success! I just made vanilla cupcakes and divided the sponge mix into bowls, then all you do is add food colouring until you get the shade you want. Pour a bit of each colour into the cases and done!

Cakes!

On 5th December I'm sharing a stall with my friend Paloma at the Morley Winter Fair. I'll be selling homemade cupcakes, cookies and brownies, while she'll be selling handmade chocolates!

Cakes and dresses

Have been experimenting with my new book Cupcakes from the Primrose Bakery and practicing my swirly icing technique.

Chocolate cupcakes with peppermint buttercream

And of course had to try out their basic vanilla recipe, delicious!

Easter Cupcakes

Just thought I'd upload a couple of pictures of cupcakes I made for Easter Sunday, there were 12 but I only remembered to photograph them when some had been eaten!
